Hi, I’m Mrs. Nattalee Powell — Certified Work-Life Balance & Divorce Coach.

I help organizations and individuals through life transitions, work-life stress, and personal challenges, so they can stay engaged, productive, and fulfilled both at work and at home.

My story isn’t perfect, but it’s real.

There was a time when I felt completely lost—navigating the end of a marriage while raising two children, facing emotional pain, stress, and uncertainty. I didn’t have a coach to guide me, and I had to figure things out on my own. Looking back, I know having someone to walk with me, listen without judgment, and provide guidance would have made all the difference.

That’s why I became a coach. Today, I help employees, individuals and organizations:

Promote work-life balance and wellbeing, reducing stress and burnout

Along the way, God brought someone unexpected into my life—Mr. Nathan Powell—who became not just a friend, but my loving and supportive husband. His encouragement, paired with my determination, helped me turn the page and begin a brand-new chapter.

That journey wasn’t easy—but it shaped me into the person I am today. Now, my mission is to help others navigate personal challenges and rebuild balance in their lives.

As a Certified Work-Life Balance & Divorce Coach, I work with individuals facing difficult transitions, whether it’s a separation, divorce, or life changes that disrupt work-life balance. I also partner with organizations to provide employees with a workplace wellness resource, helping them manage stress, prevent burnout, and stay productive during challenging times.
